FORT WORTH, TX (July 24, 2024) – Tuesday afternoon, several people were hurt in an alarming 6-vehicle crash on West Loop 820 near Westpoint Boulevard.

The crash occurred just after 3:15 a.m. in the southbound lanes of West Loop 820 near Westpoint Boulevard.

Reports confirmed that the crash involved at least six vehicles, and the crash shut down part of the freeway.

Also, one person was trapped in a vehicle while another sustained critical injuries. Meanwhile, several others received treatment at the scene.
