Injuries Reported in Victorville Multi-Vehicle Accident on Interstate 15 Freeway and Main Street

VICTORVILLE, CA (July 4, 2023) – Monday morning, an alarming 4-vehicle crash on Interstate 15 Freeway and Main Street injured 2 people.

The crash occurred at about 11:11 a.m. on the southbound 15 Freeway, north of Main Street. Officers revealed that the crash involved a black Honda CRV, a red Ford Fusion, a silver Nissan sedan, and a gray Honda Pilot.

Reports said that the crash in the #1 lane caused a traffic backup between Roy Rogers and Main Street.

Then, responders took two people to Desert Valley Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

Also, a tow truck responded to the scene to remove the vehicles from the freeway.

By 12:20 p.m., the traffic was heavily stalled on the southbound 15 freeway as a result of the crash.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
