SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA (March 21, 2024) – Wednesday night, an alarming 2-vehicle crash on Madonna Road and South Higuera Street led to minor injuries.

The incident happened at about 9:30 p.m. when a Dodge Challenger and a Subaru Outback crashed at the intersection of Madonna Road and South Higuera Street, causing the Subaru to flip onto its roof.

Officers confirmed that each vehicle had a single occupant. Both of them received treatment at the scene with minor injuries.

Also, the crash shut down some lanes for about an hour as the scene was cleaned up.

Furthermore, officers do not believe that drugs and alcohol played a role in the crash.
