Alan McGraw Seriously Hurt in Woodland Head-On Crash
WOODLAND, CA (April 28, 2019) – A driver sustained major injuries in a head-on crash west of Woodland shortly after 9:30 p.m. Saturday.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred on Highway 16 at County Road 95. An eastbound Volkswagen crossed the center divider and then struck a westbound Dodge Ram.
19-year-old Alan McGraw of Woodland, who was driving the Volkswagen, was taken to the UC Davis Medical Center due to major injuries. The Dodge carried three passengers — a 33-year-old man and two 5-year-old children — who were reported to be uninjured.
Officials are investigating the collision where neither drugs nor alcohol was suspected to be contributing factors. Anyone with information about the incident is urged to contact the CHP Woodland office at 530-662-4685.
