52-Year-Old Alan Dallas Belcher Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Town East Boulevard [Mesquite, TX]

Mesquite, TX (September 23, 2024) – 52-year-old Alan Dallas Belcher was killed in a pedestrian accident on Town East Boulevard Saturday night.

It was about 10:30 p.m. when the collision happened at the intersection with Motley Drive.

Troopers said  Alan Dallas Belcher was struck and died at the scene.

Meanwhile, the authorities determined the involved driver was intoxicated and arrested them for intoxication manslaughter.

The authorities are still investigating.
