DALLAS, TX (November 2, 2023) – Tuesday morning, authorities arrested Aighiray Harper after a disastrous vehicle crash on N Houston Street.

The incident happened at around 8:44 a.m. in the 2400 block of N. Houston Street.

According to reports, a distracted driver crashed through a barrier into an underground workspace for still unknown reasons. Then, officers confirmed that three construction workers were pinned by the car inside the hole.

Moreover, responders transported three victims to local hospitals for non-life-threatening injuries.

Furthermore, officers arrested the distracted driver, 31-year-old Harper, for unrelated outstanding warrants.
