Woodland Hills Woman Afsaneh Bashirzad Daneshvar Dead in Hit and Run Accident
LOS ANGELES, CA (March 5, 2021) – Wednesday night, Afsaneh Bashirzad Daneshvar, 40, died in a hit-and-run crash on 4000 Topanga Canyon Boulevard.
The incident occurred at around 7:40 p.m. in the 4000 block of Topanga Canyon Boulevard near Woodland Park Estates neighborhood.
Officer Elizabeth Kravig with the CHP and the CHP’s West Valley station reported on the crash.
She stated that the Woodland Hills resident died at the scene.
The authorities closed all lanes on northbound and southbound Topanga Canyon Boulevard near the area during the investigation.
Meanwhile, the CHO West Valley station urged the public to avoid the crash scene and use alternate routes to Pacific Coast Highway and the Ventura (101) Freeway.
