Woman Dead in Lancaster Pedestrian Accident on State Route 14 and Avenue D
LANCASTER, CA (September 8, 2021) – Friday night, a crash on State Route 14 involving Adrian Lugo Guttierez led to a fatality.
The incident occurred at about 9:18 p.m. when a woman crossed State Route 14, north of Avenue D. Then, Adrian Lugo Guttierez driving a southbound 2006 Toyota Tundra at speeds 75 mph hit her.
As a result, she sustained and fatal injuries and died at the scene. At this time, her identity remains undisclosed due to pending family notification.
Meanwhile, Guttierez of Lancaster stayed at the scene and waited for the emergency personnel’s arrival. After the authorities questioned him, they released Guttierez at the scene.
