Adhwa Alruwais Involved in Multi-Vehicle Crash at BevMo Store [Camarillo, CA]

Camarillo, CA (October 22, 2022) – On Friday, a RAV4 driver, Adhwa Alruwais, was involved in a multi-vehicle crash at BevMo Store that injured a person.

It was just past 4 p.m. when the traffic crash happened on Ventura Boulevard.

According to Los Angeles police, a speeding Dodge Challenger driver struck a Tesla that careened into a parked Toyota RAV4, a parking meter, and through the glass storefront.

Adhwa Alruwais was shopping across the street when the incident happened and saw her new car was nearly totaled.

“Knowing that I was supposed to be in my car, I freaked out. I had a minute. And had I been in my car, something bad would have really happened to me and my dog,” she said.

The Challenger driver stayed at the scene after the traffic incident.

Moreover, five people sustained minor injuries, though they refused medical treatment at the scene.

Luckily, the buildings also avoided severe impacts from the crash.

Officers are still investigating the crash on Laurel Canyon Boulevard.
