1 Dead in Huntington Beach Bicycle Collision on Beach Boulevard
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA (January 30, 2020) – A 30-year-old man from St. Paul died in a car and bicycle collision on Beach Boulevard.
On January 19, Adam Nickelson rode a bicycle in Huntington Beach along Beach Boulevard. However, a vehicle then hit him about 11:55 p.m. When the Huntington Beach Police Department came to the scene, they located the victim in the roadway, with extensive injuries.
Responders took Adam Nickelson to UCI Medical Center. However, he succumbed from his injuries on January 23, Orange County Coroner’s Office revealed.
Meanwhile, the 64-year-old Huntington Beach man driving the 2016 Honda Civic involved in the collision remained at the scene. In addition, he cooperated with the police investigation.
The crash remains under investigation.
