Adam Alvarez Killed in Head-On Crash on Highway 33 [Bakersfield, CA]

Bakersfield, CA (March 13, 2022) On Saturday evening, a head-on crash on Highway 33 left Adam Alvarez, 36, dead.

According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the fatal accident happened at about 5 p.m. just north of Lerdo Highway.

Moreover, the CHP confirmed that a black Toyota pickup truck and a black four-door sedan were involved in the crash.

Apparently, a now deceased driver lost control of their truck, and veered into the southbound lanes. They then drove into the path of the Toyota driven by Mr. Alvarez, of Corona residence.

Authorities are still investigating the probable cause of the crash, and have not released any further information as of yet.
