Injuries Reported in Yucaipa Multi-Vehicle Accident on Avenue D and 14th Street

 
YUCAIPA, CA (August 12, 2021) – On Monday, nine people sustained injuries in a three-vehicle crash on Avenue D and 14th Street.
 
According to authorities, the incident happened at the intersection of Avenue D and 14th Street.
 
Reports revealed that a vehicle failed to yield to a second vehicle at the intersection. Then, the second vehicle broadsided the first vehicle, pushing it through the intersection. Then, it went into a fence at the northwest corner.
 
Meanwhile, a third vehicle traveling south on 14th street failed to stop in time. Then, it struck the back of the first vehicle.
 
Furthermore, responders transported injured patients to the hospital. One person sustained critical injuries and eight people suffered minor injuries.
