83-Year-Old Man Dead in Hit-and-Run Crash on Fulkerth Road [Turlock, CA]

TURLOCK, CA (October 13, 2022) – Tuesday afternoon, an 83-year-old man died in a hit-and-run crash on Fulkerth Road.
 
The incident happened at around 3:31 p.m. at the 2100 block of Fulkerth Road.
 
According to the Turlock Police Department, a 2004 white Acura TL struck a Hispanic man for still unknown reasons. Then, the vehicle with a California license plate of 8LMZ774 fled the scene after the collision.
 
Moreover, officials confirmed that the elderly man succumbed to injuries.
 
Furthermore, the incident closed the roadway for almost four hours but has long since reopened.
