Fatal Pedestrian Crash at the intersection of Walerga Road in North Sacramento

 
North Sacramento, CA (November 27, 2020) – Friday morning, an 81-year-old man died in a pedestrian crash at the intersection of Walerga Road and Bainbridge Drive.
 
The North Sacramento fatal crash happened at around 9:20 a.m on November 27.
 
Investigators said the victim was struck by a Honda CR-V while walking his bike on the right sidewalk of Bainbridge Drive.
 
Emergency personnel then transported the man to a hospital, where he later died.
 
Meanwhile, the driver remained at the scene but later arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs.
