Renton, WA (July 2, 2022) On Friday, several people were injured after a vehicle crashed into a restaurant on Northeast Sunset Boulevard.

The Renton Police Department (RPD), says that a westbound vehicle left the road, struck a pole, and eventually slammed into the Plum Delicious restaurant.

Firefighters responded to the scene at the 3200 block of Northeast Sunset Boulevard. Rescuers found 7 people injured due to the crash.

Additionally, the driver of the vehicle sustained injuries as well.
