MODESTO, CA (April 4, 2022) – Saturday, eight people required hospitalization after a 7-vehicle crash on Briggsmore Avenue and Highway 99.

“This triggered an MCI (mass casualty incident) alert to area hospitals,” Deputy Chief Darin Jesberg said.
