Fremont, CA (July 1, 2022) On Friday, a 71-year-old pedestrian died after an SUV struck him while walking in a bike lane on Driscoll Road.

Authorities say that the fatal SUV-pedestrian collision happened at around 5:30 p.m. on Carmen Street.

Reports say that the pedestrian was on the bicycle lane walking a bike when the accident happened.
