70-Year-Old Man Killed in Everett Mall Way Accident [Everett, WA]

Man Dies in Everett Pedestrian Crash

Everett, WA (November 8, 2024) –  A 70-year-old man was fatally injured in an Everett Mall Way accident Wednesday night.

It was about 8:48 p.m. when the deadly traffic accident happened near 3rd Avenue SE.

Troopers said the man was walking across Everett Mall Way when he was struck by an eastbound car. 

Bystanders performed CPR on the pedestrian, but he died at the accident scene. 

Officers said the pedestrian was not walking in a crosswalk when he was fatally hit.

Moreover, the two car occupants cooperated with the authorities, and impairment was not suspected as a factor in the collision.
