San Diego, CA (December 31, 2020) – Saturday afternoon, a bicyclist sustained injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Gold Coast Drive in the Mira Mesa neighborhood.
 
The San Diego crash happened before 1 p.m. on December 26.
 
According to reports, the 70-year-old cyclist was struck by a white 1997-2000 Toyota Tacoma while he was in a crosswalk. He suffered a broken leg.
 
However, the driver immediately drove away from the scene and was last seen heading southbound on Ambassador Avenue.
 
Then on Thursday, investigators sought public help in finding the driver.
