Man Killed in Hanford Pedestrian Accident
Hanford, CA (August 13, 2024) – A 69-year-old man from Five Points was fatally injured following a 10th Avenue accident Saturday night.
It was about 9 p.m. when the collision happened past Iona Avenue.
CHP officers said a 19-year-old was driving a southbound black Honda Accord while the 69-year-old man was walking west and attempting to cross 10th Avenue.
The pedestrian was able to make his way onto the street but was hit by the Honda.
The pedestrian was killed in the accident.
CHP officers said the Honda driver nor their passenger incurred any injuries.
