1 Dead in Santa Ana Bicycle Accident on Bristol Street and Edinger Avenue
SANTA ANA, CA (June 19, 2022) – Saturday morning, a 67-year-old man died in a bicycle crash on Bristol Street and Edinger Avenue.
The incident happened at around 8:30 a.m. on Bristol Street and Edinger Avenue. According to reports, the cyclist headed south on Bristol Street. Meanwhile, the vehicle was eastbound on Edinger Avenue.
When the paramedics arrived, they transported the bicyclist to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. At this time, his identity remains undisclosed due to pending family notification.
Meanwhile, the driver stayed at the scene and has been cooperative with investigators. At this time, the authorities haven’t clarified whether speed or intoxication played a role in the crash.
