67-Year-Old Honda Driver Injured in Fatal DUI Crash on Road 144 [Cutler, CA]

Cutler, CA (April 08, 2022) On Thursday evening, a 67-year-old Honda driver was hospitalized in a fatal DUI crash on Road 144.

According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the fatal incident happened on Road 144 north of Highway 201.

Reports say that a southbound 41-year-old driver drifted to the opposite lane and crashed head-on with another vehicle.

Officials arrested the 41-year-old man for driving impaired, rescuers took the man to Kaweah Health Medical Center (KHMC) in Visalia, where he died a couple of hours later.

Meanwhile, the Honda driver sustained injuries and was also taken to Kaweah Health.
