Russellville Man Dies in Cole County Motorcycle Crash
Russellville, MO (October 3, 2024) – 63-year-old James Ogden of Russellville was killed in a Payne Road collision Monday afternoon.
The fatal collision happened north of Route A in Cole County.
Investigating officers said Ogden was driving his 2005 Harley Davidson Electraglide when a pickup truck driven by a 16-year-old failed to stay on the right and struck Odgen’s motorcycle.
The rescuers rushed Ogden to University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri, with serious injuries. However, the MSHP officers confirmed Wednesday that he had died.
In the meantime, the authorities are still investigating the collision.
