San Diego, CA (November 19, 2020) – Thursday evening, a 61-year-old man died in a hit-and-run crash on Health Center Drive near Sharp Memorial Hospital.
 
The San Diego fatal hit and run accident happened at about 5:40 p.m. on November 19.
 
San Diego Police reports the man was struck by an unknown vehicle and continued south on Health Center Drive toward Genesee Avenue.
 
Emergency crews then transported the victim to a hospital, where he later died.
 
Moreover, investigators say there is no description of the vehicle and the driver at this time.
