Fullerton, CA (October 24, 2022) – On October 14, 61-year-old Estela Rodriguez sustained fatal injuries following an accident on Highland Avenue.

According to the investigators handling this case, the victim was on her daily walk when a vehicle came from her behind and struck her near Richman Park.
