INDUSTRY, CA (March 23, 2023) – Wednesday morning, a 12-year-old died after a 60 Freeway near Crossroads Parkway crash in Industry.

The incident happened at around 5:00 a.m. on the 60 Freeway near Crossroads Parkway.

According to reports, a westbound Hyundai Sedan struck a big rig for still unknown reasons.

Then, the Hyundai fled the scene, traveling in the wrong direction and colliding with another vehicle. Also, officers confirmed that the incident involved a total of five vehicles.

Moreover, responders pronounced a 12-year-old female passenger in the second crash, dead at the scene. Also, paramedics transported a second patient to a hospital with unknown injuries.
