Injuries Reported in Riverside Auto Accident on Interstate 10 near Desert Center

RIVERSIDE, CA (June 10, 2024) – Sunday, 6 people suffered injuries in a startling rollover crash on Interstate 10 near Desert Center. 

The incident happened at 11:11 a.m. when one vehicle rolled over into the center divide.

Then, emergency responders transported six individuals to the hospital following the serious incident on I-10. Fire officials reported that one adult and one juvenile were taken by air ambulance, while another adult and three juveniles were transported by ground ambulance at 12:21 p.m.

In order to accommodate the helicopter, westbound lanes on I-10 were temporarily shut down but have since been reopened. The circumstances leading to the injuries and the details of the incident are under investigation. Emergency services coordinated efficiently to ensure all individuals received prompt medical attention.
