One Critical after Multi-Vehicle Crash on 5 Freeway in Commerce

 
Commerce, CA (April 19, 2021) – Early Monday morning, six people sustained injuries, one of which is in critical condition after a multi-vehicle crash on the 5 Freeway.
 
The Commerce crash happened at around 2:40 a.m. on April 19, on the northbound 5 Freeway just south of Slauson Avenue.
 
Witnesses told CHP two vehicles crashed into a sedan that was stalled in the fast lane.
 
Paramedics took two patients to the hospitals for treatment, confirming one in critical condition and the other had moderate injuries. Moreover, the other four sustained minor injuries.
