Six Injured after Head-On Crash on Highway 169 near Southeast 288th Street
MAPLE VALLEY, WA (October 4, 2019) – Six people suffered injuries in a head-on crash on Highway 169, Friday afternoon.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the incident happened at about 2:20 PM. Due to unknown reasons, two vehicles collided near Southeast 288th Street.
Emergency responders rushed one of the drivers to Harborview Medical Center with major injuries. Meanwhile, five other people suffered minor injuries.
Updates on the victims’ current conditions remain unknown.
Troopers shut down affected areas for two to three hours as Major Accident Investigators worked to determine the cause of the crash. Authorities will release additional information once it becomes available.
