Authorities say that the multi-vehicle collision happened around 12:30 p.m. on I-10 West at Yarbrough.
EPPD says that the collision blocked the on-ramp to I-10 at Yarbrough. Officials say that 3 people sustained serious injuries and were transported to the hospital.
