59-Year-Old Man Dies in Vehicle Crash on North Twin Oaks Valley Road [San Marcos, CA]

San Marcos, CA (February 09, 2022) – On Monday, a 59-year-old man lost his life in a vehicle crash on North Twin Oaks Valley Road.

The fatal crash happened about 6:20 a.m. north of East Mission Road.

Officers said the victim was pulling a 2001 Honda Civic onto North Twin Oaks Valley Road when a northbound Toyota 4-Runner smashed into his vehicle. 

The force of the collision propelled the Civic into a BMW 328i.

The paramedics rushed the Civic driver to a hospital with serious injuries, but he did not survive, 

Meanwhile, none of the two other drivers sustained injuries in the accident.
