Injuries Reported in Chula Vista Accident on Palomar Street and Santa Olivia Road
CHULA VISTA, CA (February 18, 2021) – Wednesday afternoon, five people suffered injuries in a head-on crash on Palomar Street and Santa Olivia Road.
The incident occurred just before 5:30 p.m. on Palomar Street at Santa Olivia Road. According to the police, a black BMW SUV traveled west on Palomar Street at a high rate of speed. Then, it crashed with several vehicles.
As a result, responders rescued two people from their vehicles. Then, they took them and another victim to local trauma centers. Meanwhile, two other victims refused hospitalization.
The authorities clarified that all the injuries were non-life-threatening.
