Five Hospitalized after Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 15 in Fallbrook
Fallbrook, CA (September 3, 2020) – Thursday afternoon, five people sustained injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 15.
The incident happened at around 2:44 p.m. on September 3.
The CHP said a minivan and a Toyota Tacoma were involved in the crash. However, circumstances leading to this collision is still under investigation.
North County Fire had begun a technical rescue associated for two people needed rescue in two different vehicles.
Emergency crews then transported five people to area hospitals. All of them sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
Meanwhile, police temporarily closed all northbound lanes of traffic on I-15, only the No. 1 lane of the freeway was open as the investigation and cleanup continued.
