Bakersfield, CA (September 12, 2020) – Friday evening, five individuals sustained injuries after a multi-vehicle crash at Fairfax Road and College Avenue.
 
The incident happened at 6:52 p.m. on September 11.
 
Authorities said a car was driving southbound on Fairfax Road, just north of College Avenue when for an unknown reason veered into oncoming traffic in the opposite lane.
 
The vehicle then collided with two other cars. As a result, there were five injured people, and all were occupants in the three vehicles.
 
Emergency crews transported them to a hospital.
