5 Hospitalized after San Jacinto Multi-Vehicle Accident
SAN JACINTO, CA (May 30, 2019) – Five people sustained injuries in a DUI car accident on Highway 79 on May 28.
The incident occurred at 7:38 p.m. on f North Sanderson Avenue and Highway 79, said Deputy Robyn Flores with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said.
Flores added that the crash injured five people, including two adults and three children. Responders transported them to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Flores also said that authorities arrested one of the drivers, a male, for driving under the influence.
Authorities also advised motorists to avoid the area while crews work at the scene.
