Injuries Reported in Shingletown Auto Accident on Highway 44 and Miller Ranch Road

 
SHINGLETOWN, CA (December 26, 2021) – Saturday afternoon, five people suffered injuries in a two-car crash on Highway 44 and Miller Ranch Road.
 
The head-on collision occurred just before 1:30 p.m. on Highway 44 and Miller Ranch Road.
 
As a result of the crash, one of the vehicles went off the embankment. Meanwhile, the other was pushed on top of the guardrail.
 
Two people sustained major injuries. Moreover, one of them sustained critical injuries and had to be airlifted to the hospital. Meanwhile, the three other patients sustained minor to moderate injuries.
 
Responders airlifted one person to the hospital while an ambulance transported the rest of the patients.
 
Also, the crash shut down Highway 44 and authorities diverted traffic around the crash scene on Miller Ranch Road.
