5 Injured in 2-Vehicle Collision on Highway 86 [Riverside County, CA]

Riverside County, CA (August 14, 2023) – On Sunday, five people sustained injuries following a 2-vehicle collision on Highway 86.

The crash happened minutes past 4 a.m. off Avenue 76 in Oasis.

Cal Fire immediately responded to the scene to assist victims and take out the flames that broke out from one car.

The paramedics airlifted two patients to a nearby hospital by helicopter and two others were taken by ambulance. Cal Fire officials said all four patients had major injuries and another had minor injuries
