47-Year-Old Woman Sustains Injuries in NW Loop 410 Collision [San Antonio, TX]

San Antonio, TX (August 21, 2023) – On Sunday morning, a 47-year-old female passenger sustained injuries following a NW Loop 410 collision.

The traffic incident happened around 2:45 a.m. in the 7100 block area not far from Culebra Road and Ingram Park Mall.

Investigating officers said a 2010 Honda Accord was westbound on the loop when rear-ended by a 2018 Dodge Challenger traveling at a high-rate of speed.

Both vehicles swerved and the Dodge Challenger was redirected to the left while the Accord was redirected to the right.

The Dodge driver failed to stop and render aid, instead, sped off.

A Honda’s front passenger was transported by ambulance to an area hospital with minor injuries. 

SAPD said when found, the Dodge driver will face a charge of failure to stop and render aid.
