Pedestrian Accident on Kettner Boulevard Hurts One Woman

 
San Diego, CA (September 21, 2020) – On Monday, a 44-year-old woman sustained serious injuries in a pedestrian accident on Kettner Boulevard and West Broadway.
 
The accident happened at around 1:15 a.m. wherein the victim was hit by a car at a downtown intersection.
 
San Diego Police Officer Dino Delimitros said the woman was walking northbound on Kettner Boulevard in the east crosswalk. At the same time, a Toyota Camry driven by a 25-year-old man was traveling westbound on Broadway.
 
The Toyota struck the victim through a green light.
 
Immediately, the rescuers took the victim to a hospital for treatment of a pelvic fracture and a wrist fracture.
 
Meanwhile, the Toyota driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators
