1 Dead in Vista Pedestrian Crash on Vista Village Drive

 
VISTA, CA (February 4, 2020) – A 43-year-old man died in a hit-and-run pedestrian crash on Vista Village Drive on February 2.
 
The pedestrian crash occurred near Vista Village Drive and Wave Drive intersection, Deputy Nicholas Jehl of the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department revealed.
 
Deputies responded to the scene after 12:20 a.m. and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
 
“The driver of the vehicle fled the scene immediately following the collision and has not been located or identified,” Jehl added said.
