41-Year-Old San Francisco Woman Dies in Multi-Vehicle Collision on Highway 101 [Belmont, CA]

Belmont, CA (November 26, 2021) – Yesterday,  a 41-year-old San Francisco woman lost her life, while others suffered injuries in a multi-vehicle collision on Highway 101.

The fatal crash took place at about 3 a.m. at Ralston Avenue.

Reports said that the woman was driving a green 1991 Honda Accord was possibly in a prior hit-and-run incident. Her blocked car on the highway caused a chain crash which involved three other cars. 

A 57-year-old Fremont man was driving a red 2019 Honda Clarity, a 25-year-old San Francisco man was driving a 2019 Mercedes Benz and 54-year-old Menlo Park woman was driving a 2013 Toyota Prius, crashed into each others’ vehicle and into the woman’s green Honda.  

The citizens tried to perform CPR on her and paramedics rushed her to Stanford Medical Center, where she died.

On the other hand, the paramedics rushed the others to hospitals with minor injuries.
