Stockton Hit-and-Run Crash Kills One

Stockton, CA (July 27, 2021) – On Sunday, a 40-year-old man dies in a pedestrian accident on South San Joaquin Street.

Officers said the fatal crash took place at about 6 p.m. near the intersection with East Sonora.

The victim was walking in the area when he was struck by a minivan.

Emergency responders took the man to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

Meanwhile, investigating officers said the involved vehicle is either a light blue or gray, late 90’s Toyota minivan.

On Monday, the authorities released a photograph of a minivan involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash.
