Police Investigate 4-Tractor Trailer Crash on Wintersburg Road in Tonopah
Tonopah, AZ (August 3, 2023) – Thursday afternoon, DPS responded to a 4-tractor trailer crash on Wintersburg Road.
The crash happened west of the Wintersburg Road exit on August 3.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety said four tractor-trailers were involved in the crash.
One of the semi-trucks caught fire, and according to DPS officials, that fire may have ignited a nearby brush fire.
DPS says there are injuries, but no further details have been released.
Further investigation to determine the circumstances of the crash is ongoing.
