Injuries Reported in Camp Verde Auto Accident on Interstate 17
CAMP VERDE, AZ (October 14, 2021) – Wednesday afternoon, four people suffered injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 17.
According to reports, the incident happened at about 4:00 p.m. on Interstate 17. Authorities confirmed that a Toyota 4Runner SUV struck a Jeep Wrangler. Then, it went airborne and rolled into the median.
As a result, the incident stalled traffic in both directions on Interstate 17.
Also, responders took two people to a Flagstaff hospital. Then, two other patients sustained minor injuries.
The incident shut down one southbound lane. However, it reopened by 4:06 p.m.
