4 People Injured, 2 Critical in Car Crash on State Route 110
Pasadena, CA (August 10, 2020) – On Sunday, four people were injured in a car crash on State Route 110.
The accident happened at around 10:06 p.m. on August 9.
CHP said a sedan crashed with another vehicle on State Route 110 for unidentified reasons. As a result of the impact, the sedan was sent over an embankment and struck a tree.
Immediately, firefighters and paramedics arrived at the scene. They extricated people who were trapped in the car.
Moreover, rescuers rushed all the patients to Huntington Memorial Hospital. Apparently, two of the victims sustained critical injuries.
Authorities have not yet disclosed their identities and conditions.
Meanwhile, police released a SigAlert at around 10:28 p.m. closing all northbound lanes. Motorists were diverted to Fair Oaks Avenue.
Lanes were reopened as of 12:31 AM.
Furthermore, authorities are still investigating the crash.
