1 Person Airlifted in Amethyst Road SUV-Truck Collision
Victorville, CA (June 4, 2022) On Friday afternoon, 4 people were hospitalized after a vehicle crash on La Mesa Road.
Authorities say that an SUV collided with a Victorville Fire medic squad truck at about 3 p.m. on Amethyst Road near Liberty Elementary School.
Reports say that the 2003 Chevy Trailblazer has 3 occupants with one getting trapped under the wreckage.
Subsequently, rescuers extricated the trapped person.
Moreover, Mercy Air 22 airlifted the patient to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.
Meanwhile, Paramedics took a VFD firefighter and the 2 other occupants to Desert Valley Hospital as a precaution.
