MADERA COUNTY, CA (April 10, 2022) – Friday night, four people died in a two-car crash on Highway 41 and Avenue 15.
 
According to reports, the crash happened just before midnight. Moreover, it occurred on Highway 41, north of Avenue 15.
 
Meanwhile, investigators revealed that a dark-colored vehicle traveled recklessly on Highway 41. Then, the vehicle drove into the northbound lanes, trying to pass the vehicles in front of it crashing with another.
 
Moreover, responders confirmed that both vehicles caught fire. One of them burned beyond recognition.
 
Also, officers confirmed that four people succumbed to their injuries at the scene. Meanwhile, two in each of the vehicles succumbed to injuries at the scene. However, their identities remain undisclosed.
 
Moreover, the cause of the crash remains under investigation. Also, officers ruled out drugs or alcohol as factors in the crash.
