Police Investigate a Fatal Head-On Crash on US 93 in Wickenburg

 
Wickenburg, AZ (June 14, 2021) – Early Monday morning, four people died and one sustained severe injuries after a passenger car and a big rig crashed head-on on US 93.
 
The US 93 fatal head-on crash happened at about 12:30 a.m. on June 14.
 
Arizona Department of Public Safety officials said the car reportedly swerved into the path of the semi-truck on U.S. 93 northwest of Wickenburg.
 
Officers confirmed that the driver and the three passengers in the car died at the scene. EMS took the fourth passenger to the hospital with severe injuries while the semi-truck driver suffered minor injuries.
 
The identities of the four deceased victims weren’t immediately released.
 
Further investigation into this US 93 fatal head-on crash is ongoing.
