Four Hospitalized after Two-Vehicle Collision on Thorne Street Fresno
Fresno, CA (June 04, 2020) – On Thursday afternoon, four individuals sustained injuries in a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Thorne Street and Whitesbridge Avenue.
The collision happened at around 3:30 p.m. on June 4. Dispatched officers arrived and located a truck and a coupe on the scene.
According to reports, the Camaro was speeding westbound on Whitesbridge when the pickup truck left the stop sign while attempting to cross the intersection of Thorne street.
Shortly after, the coupe was on fire while the truck ended up on its side.
Emergency crews immediately responded and transported four people to a nearby hospital with minor to moderate injuries. All are currently in a stable condition in the hospital.
Moreover, police say both drivers were licensed and not under the influence, neither an indication of racing. Further investigation is ongoing.
