POINT MUGU, CA (July 12, 2018) – Four people were injured early Thursday evening following a two-vehicle collision on Pacific Coast Highway.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place shortly after 5:30 PM along southbound Pacific Coast Highway, about half a mile south of Mugu Rock. A Toyota Corolla, driven by a 24-year-old Oxnard man, was northbound when it went out of control and drifted into a barrier alongside the roadway.

Two Corolla passengers were ejected from the vehicle and sustained moderate to major injuries. They were transported to the Los Robles Regional Medical Center in Thousand Oaks for treatment and evaluation. The driver of the Mini Cooper was hospitalized with minor injuries, while a third Corolla passenger was reportedly unharmed.
